Our quality management approach is aligned with ISO-based quality principles, focusing on controlled procurement, approved manufacturers, material traceability, and documented inspection processes. All materials are sourced exclusively from client-approved and reputable manufacturers, including mills approved by international classification and certification bodies such as DNV and Lloyd’s Register (LR), in accordance with project requirements.

Troy Energy implements strict inspection and quality control procedures, including material verification, dimensional checks, and coordination with third-party inspection agencies when specified. Our experienced team ensures compliance with ASTM, ASME, API, ANSI, EN, ISO, and other applicable international standards throughout procurement, storage, fabrication coordination, and delivery.

We maintain disciplined documentation control, ensuring accurate and complete submission of Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, certifications, and full traceability records. Through continuous monitoring, supplier evaluation, and process improvement, Troy Energy ensures consistent quality performance and minimizes project risk.
